Although it is currently still shooting, Ridley Scott has brought his upcoming sci-fi epic “Prometheus” to Comic-Con, yesterday. Screenwriter Damon Lindelof and actress Charlize Theron appeared in person, while Ridley Scott and Noomi Rapace answered questions via satellite from the film’s current location in Iceland. Apparently many web source were in attendance as well, so be sure to read more about “Prometheus” at Comin Con at Collider, First Showing, Screencrave, Total Film, The Film Stage, Daemon’s Movies (they have screenshots from the webcast, unfortunately none with Noomi) and Shlashfilm. Scott talks about the cast. Says he saw The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and thought it was one of the more interesting films he’s seen in the last 3 or 4 years, and thought to himself he had to get Noomi Rapace. The camera then pans and reveals Rapace standing next to Scott. “I just came back from space like two weeks ago,” she said, explaining that the production has been going since March and has been physically grueling but informative and revelatory. She also confirmed her frigidity, mentioning, “It’s so cold my nose just started dripping.”

Edit: A video clip of the Comic Con has been posted by a visitor on Youtube and can be additionally watched in the video archive. Thanks to Alicia for the heads-up!
