According to Rope of Silicon, Summit has released the first pictures from Child 44, the new film from Daniel Espinosa starring Tom Hardy, Noomi Rapace, Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Paddy Considine, Fares Fares and Vincent Cassel. Scripted by Richard Price (“The Wire”, The Color of Money), the film is based on the first novel in author Tom Rob Smith’s best-selling trilogy, telling the story of a man (Hardy) fighting to reclaim his humanity from a system that requires him to sacrifice it in order to survive. There is no release date yet for the film, but it will be arriving Fall 2014.
